Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions


1. The purpose of the loyalty program is to give the consumers the opportunity to obtain bonuses for purchases made on www.theavenue.pl

hereinafter referred to as www.theavenue.pl

2. Every new customer of www.theavenue.pl automatically becomes a loyalty program member.

3. Program members collect points by purchasing products in the online store and adding product reviews.

4. Each PLN spent in the online store equals one twentieth of a point (1 PLN = 0.05 points). Every review accepted by theavenue.pl yields 1 point (1 accepted review = 1 point = 1 PLN)

5. Points are added when payment is confirmed and an order is sent, or when a review is accepted.

6. Points from various www.theavenue.pl accounts cannot be added up.

7. If a customer does not pick a package up, penalty points will be assigned for shipping costs. For every 1 PLN paid by the seller towards the shipping cost, 1 penalty point will be assessed.

8. Points collect on program member accounts.

9. Points may not be exchanged for cash.

10. Once a sufficient amount of points is gathered, a customer can exchange them for any product available at theavenue.pl in the following section: http://theavenue.pl/Produkt-za-punkty-sforpoints-pol.html   . 1 point equals 1 PLN of product value. For example, if you collect 50 points, you can exchange them for a product that costs 50 PLN.

11. A product cannot be purchased using a combination of points and cash.

12. A registered customer will receive 10 points for subscribing to the newsletter.

13. Once a sufficient amount of points is gathered, a customer can exchange them for free shipping.

14. Discounts resulting from exchanging points cannot be combined with any other discount codes available at www.theavenue.pl.

15. Products purchased with points can be returned in the same way as regular products. If a customer returns products purchased with points, the points are automatically added to the customer's account. Products purchased with points are not subject to free exchange. A customer must cover the costs of returning such products.

16. All bonuses are offered while supplies last. If a specific product available under the loyalty program cannot be delivered for reasons beyond the control of the store, TheAvenue.pl reserves the right to offer the customer a different product.

17. TheAvenue.pl reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and to suspend or end the loyalty program at any time without providing a reason for doing so by notifying program members.

18. The provisions of these Terms shall not prevent the implementation of the accounting rules contained in the Terms and Conditions of www.theavenue.pl.
